These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of web34ever.com and related public pages operated under the web3 validator brand ("web3 validator", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. About web3 validator

web3 validator is an independent infrastructure operator active since 2018 across proof-of-stake networks, indexer/data infrastructure, governance participation, testnets, and public validator resources. The site publishes public profiles, links, contact channels, and operational context for delegators, ecosystem teams, and infrastructure partners.

2. No financial, tax, or legal advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, tax, legal, or professional advice. Staking rewards, validator commission, network participation, and public tooling are described for transparency only. You are solely responsible for understanding a network's rules, token economics, lockups, reward variability, slashing risk, governance risk, and your own tax or regulatory obligations.

3. Validator information and non-custodial delegation

Links to validator profiles, explorers, wallets, dashboards, staking pages, GitHub repositories, and third-party resources are provided on a best-effort basis. Delegation is non-custodial: you perform staking actions from your own wallet or the relevant network interface. web3 validator does not receive custody of your tokens through ordinary delegation.

Network conditions can change. Reward rates, commissions, activation and unbonding periods, slashing parameters, validator set status, explorer data, wallet behavior, and third-party dashboards may be inaccurate, delayed, or updated without notice. Always verify addresses and transaction details in the official network tooling before signing.

4. Staking and slashing risk

Proof-of-stake networks may impose penalties for downtime, double-signing, missed upgrades, protocol bugs, client bugs, governance decisions, or network-level incidents. web3 validator operates infrastructure with care, but no validator can guarantee uninterrupted service, future rewards, validator-set inclusion, or absence of slashing. You delegate at your own risk.

5. Contact form and communications

The contact form on this static site opens your email client with a pre-filled message to [email protected]. Delivery depends on your own mail client and email provider. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, passwords, confidential business data, or other secrets through the form, Telegram, email, or social channels.

6. External links and third-party services

The site links to third-party explorers, wallets, staking dashboards, GitHub, Telegram, Twitter/X, Keybase, POSTHUMAN resources, data-center providers, and other websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, pricing, privacy practices, or transaction outcomes. Review third-party terms before use.

7. Intellectual property

The web3 validator name, site copy, brand presentation, and original design elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Public source code repositories are governed by the license terms stated in those repositories. Network names, chain logos, wallet brands, explorer brands, and partner marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• disrupt, overload, abuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or related infrastructure;
• impersonate web3 validator or misrepresent your relationship with the operator;
• use the site to submit unlawful, deceptive, malicious, or spam content;
• scrape, copy, or reuse content in a way that creates confusion about the source or currentness of validator information.

9. No warranty

The site, public profiles, links, documentation, and validator information are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fully current at all times.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, web3 validator and its contributors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of tokens, rewards, profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the site, third-party services, staking interfaces, or validator information.
