Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026
web3 validator keeps the public site intentionally lightweight. It is a static website, does not run a newsletter or analytics stack, and uses email links for contact.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data may be processed when you visit web34ever.com or contact web3 validator. We aim to collect the minimum data needed to operate a public validator website and respond to direct messages.
1. What we collect
Static site visits
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages as static assets. web3 validator does not run a custom application server, user accounts, newsletter signup, checkout flow, or first-party analytics on this site.
Cloudflare may process transient request information such as IP address, user agent, request path, response status, timestamps, and security signals for hosting, caching, abuse prevention, and network operations. Cloudflare's processing is governed by its own privacy and security documentation.
Contact messages
The contact form submits over HTTPS to FormSubmit, which forwards the message to our email inbox. The site itself does not store the submitted name, email, or message in a database. Direct email links are also available, in which case your message and email address are processed by your email provider, our email provider, and any intermediate mail systems needed for delivery.
Cookies and analytics
web3 validator does not intentionally set tracking cookies, run Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook pixels, advertising pixels, or session recording tools on this site. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies or tokens for security, bot mitigation, or load balancing when required by its edge services.
2. How we use data
- Operate the site. Cloudflare uses request data to deliver pages, cache content, mitigate abuse, and keep HTTPS available.
- Respond to messages. If you contact us, we use your message and contact details to reply to staking, validator, partnership, infrastructure, or security enquiries.
- Maintain security. Technical logs and abuse signals may be used to investigate site availability, spam, malicious traffic, or attempted compromise.
3. Data sharing and subprocessors
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Limited processing may happen through:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, CDN, Pages hosting, TLS termination, caching, and security services.
- FormSubmit. Contact form messages are forwarded through FormSubmit when you submit the website form.
- Email providers. Your email provider, our email provider, and mail transport systems process messages you choose to send.
- Third-party sites you open. Explorers, wallets, staking dashboards, GitHub, Telegram, Twitter/X, Keybase, POSTHUMAN resources, and other outbound links process data under their own policies.
4. Retention
We retain direct email conversations as long as reasonably needed for support, operational coordination, security follow-up, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. Cloudflare controls retention of its own platform logs according to Cloudflare's policies and plan settings.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify that the request is coming from the relevant email address before taking action.
6. Security of communications
Email and social messaging are not appropriate for secrets. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, passwords, signing keys, confidential wallet screenshots, or sensitive infrastructure credentials through public contact channels.
7. Children
The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can address it.
8. International transfers
Cloudflare, email providers, and third-party services may process data in multiple countries. Their own privacy notices and data processing terms explain how they handle international transfers.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site or infrastructure changes. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
10. Contact
Privacy enquiries can be sent to [email protected].
